Your appraisal begins with an initial telephone consultation to determine what type of appraisal is required as well as the scope of the appraisal.
An onsite inspection of the items to be appraised is performed, (depending upon the appraisal an inventory list may be required) measurements are taken, items photographed and examined.
Research as well as current market values and comparables analysis conducted off site at the appraiser's office.
Report writing will be completed on each item, collection or grouping and will have a description, condition and valuation.
Every appraisal report is compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and is also compliant with IRS regulations.
